A message from the Owner
First, I would like to extend our wishes for the safety of you and your families. The most important issue that we face today, is our health and the decisions that we make to socially distance ourselves to protect our families and fellow citizens.
During these difficult times, we have made a commitment at the John Allison that we will continue to stay open 7 days per week to offer you the option for carry-out services.
We have discussed temporarily closing or closing on certain days of the week which would most likely be the more financially responsible thing to do, however, I feel that we have a responsibility to our community to continue to provide services and maintain the dependability that we have established with all of you, our valued Guests.
We practice and will continue to practice and maintain a clean and healthy environment. We have added disinfecting practices and procedures for our staff to protect our Guests that visit us for our carry-out services.
Starting today, I will personally be on the smoker early each morning through the Easter Holiday offering you our most popular selections.
I will be preparing the following;

Friday and Saturday
SMOKED SALMON
as well as our
RIBS
Smoked Prime Rib of Beef
Most Smoked Specials are available daily after 3:00pm.
